Good location, short walk to all the pubs and nightlife of the Oxford St area. Room was big, had 2 bathrooms, comfy bed & lounge. Setup nicely, slept perfect. Couldn't complain about anything. It is so much more enjoyable and interesting staying in a place like this rather than the big chain hotels.

Stayed here as a change from the usual hotel option. Quaint and welcoming. Large room with a comfy bed and adequate bathroom. Short walk (700m) to some great restaurants in surry hills. Had organised to meet someone so missed the breaky - so cant comment on it. Will stay again.
