I booked for 7 days because of the price. However I suffered from a rattling noise and dampness even I opened a window. There was no airconditioner and the Internet Kiosk. After all I left there in 3 days after check-in.

I really enjoyed my 2 night stay. The location showed me a very quiet but upscale neighborhood I would have never seen. It is a very safe area. Great breakfast! And short walks to transportation. Be aware there is no air conditioning but the temperate nights and ceiling fans in each room made it an affordable nice stay.

Staff was very accommodating & helpful; rooms were reasonable and quite comfortable. Shared bath was not a problem with sufficient stalls. Great suburban seating with easy access to groceries, take out meals, restaurants only 10 minutes away. Also only a 5 minute walk from ferry stop@kiribilli..
