Lovely rooms, parking avail, close to town. However the customer service is terrible. After contacting them 3 times regarding getting qantas frequent flyer points for my stay they still didn't apologize or get my points fixed up. I had to contact qantas myself

The appartments are clean and fresh. The appartment was a good size and very comfortable. Each appartment has a washing machine and dryer, they also provide washing powder. The appartments are located near the main center so it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

Comfortable two-night stay in a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment was a good size and the kitchen was well-stocked, including a coffee plunger. Only gripe was weak water pressure in the shower.

We were allocated the two bedroom suite, which was lovely, large and very comfortable. We were on the ground floor which was nice and easy for us to unpack surf boards and cases. The rooms were clean and the applicances great. The laundry included washing powder which is always a bonus!

As with a lot of Quest Apartments properties getting your Qantas Frequent Flyer points credited can be an issue. Many while advertising it will only process points for rooms at the full rack rate.
