Clean Rooms, Friendly Staff & great service, great food options at reasonable prices. Breakfast is AMAZING!! Short walk to town, gym is ideal & pool.

Good hotel rooms clean and in need of upgrade, stayed in two different rooms on different dates in same block, bathroom small but okay for short stay. Position on outskirts of Alice okay but did not walk out at night, fine in the day. Food varied and good , prices reasonable.

Quite a nice Resort. I only stayed one night. The bed is firm but comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant which was ok. The barra was fairly dry and the mash tasted as if it was reheated. Set just outside the centre of town this hotel is nice and peaceful. A very good hotel with large bedroom and bathroom. 10 minute walk into town. Some really excellent staff like Nicholas in the restaurant, but let down by a few abrupt staff in reception and one very rude waitress in the restaurant. The lady who checked us in was very helpful too. Pool could be heated a bit also.

The is a real value for money hotel. Most rooms have recently been updated. Very clean and comfortable standard hotel. Great pool and reasonable restaurant. Front desk service is very good however they are very strict on room check ins which must be after 2pm. You can easily walk in to town from this hotel.
