Official Description (provided by the hotel):: This friendly Australian homestay B & B in a quite tranquil setting, close to the centre of town. Our two rooms consist of one Queen bed and one single bed in rooms, with shared bathroom. We also have a Family room - this consists of one queen bed and three single beds all in the one room, also its own en-suite. Our home is air conditioned, fans, with summer doonas on all beds. Home cooked breakfast or continental breakfast as requested. Swimming pool, outdoor garden area where native birds visit each day. Tea/coffee available anytime with self help service. Wireless available, off street parking, Kitchen and guest fridge, lounge area all available to guests. Plenty of attraction and tour material available and advise available and booking done on request. Exactly as advertised- good, clean homestay accomodation. Kathy was really helpful with advice, cooked breakfast every morning, lending me a few random camping items for my out of town trip, and dropping me off a couple of times. “A lovely couple”

Stayed with Kathy and Karl before and after a trip to Ularu, they were the nicest people and couldn't do enough for us. Kathy even picked us up at the airport. They have a lovely pool perfect for cooling down in.

We stayed for 2 wonderful nights at Kathy's Place. Kathy and Karl are amazing hosts.Our room had everything that we needed with a very comfortable bed.They were happy for us to use their bbq and provided us with a brilliant cooked breakfast. Kathy went out of her way to help me when other accommodation was not up to scratch. I was even collected at 9pm at night and driven back to town the next day.
