After seeing that there were shared baths, no 24 hour reception and no restaurant, I figured this would be a backpackers special but actually it turned out ok. No five stars of course but clean, pleasant and helpful staff and quite near to the airport though without its own transport so a taxi or van was necessary to get to... More

This hotel does not offer what they claim - no breakfast, very dirty very unwelcoming. The hotel was booked for business and was downright embarrassing. I am amazed that WebJet still have such a place on their website.

I stayed here on a transit through Brisbane. The room I had, was opposite the reception. It looked old and the bathroom smelt. The base of the door frame was corroded away. Whilst this Motel is cheap there are as good a value places next door and nearby that are far better value. I tried next door at the Airport... More

I was at this hotel just one night because I had an early flight and also everything else was very expensive. My room was not dirty or loud, but I had to share the bathroom with the next room, which required me to close that room's access to the bathroom first and then reopen it when I leave, and then... Dirty, noisy and what the hell is it with the shared bathroom? 1 towel on bed, had to ask for another, there were 2 of us. Towels were a murky grey colour. No tea towel or anything to clean up with. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. No much parking available either. Only 1 spare pillow in cupboard. Not as... More

Filthy, noisy, downright poor. Double room, 2 people - 1 dirty towel left - chap on reception seemed incredulous that I would dare ask for 2 clean towels! 3 phones in room none of which work "you can't make outbound calls from your room" was reception response; felt very insecure - jammed chair under door when sleeping. Filthy carpet, couch,... More

Again the website doesn't show the truth. The Deluxe room was far from deluxe. There was no compendium so had we been unfamiliar with the area we would have had no idea on where to get a drink or meal or to buy a toothbrush or some milk. I realise that this place is usually for the overnight traveler on their way... More

We stayed here for three nights. the first room we were shown had dirty sheets. we were given another room which was not much better and the bins had not been emptied or soap replaced. The room was not clean and very noisy. When i complained at reception i was told 'its not my fault i just work here'. I... More

We spent a night here a few nights ago, before flying out home to NZ. Very close to airport, cheap taxi fare. But deluxe room we had booked on wotif was not what we would call deluxe usually. It was two very small rooms turned into one room with a door in between. Adequate and plenty of room. Very basic,... More
