Super hotel. Very convenient to shopping and airport. Very friendly staff. Wonderful pool and great dining . I recommend this hotel especially when as it is so near the airport. The Maori man on the reception was very helpful and cheerful.

Very poor first impression as I was greeted with second hand smoke wafting in from outside and permeating the entire lobby and basically the entire hotel due to an atrium design. Good hotel, clean, comfortable but so overpriced, obviously they get away with it because they are the only hotel on airport. Added insult is to have to pay for hotel parking, thank goodness there is a free park across the road. Had dinner in the restaurant which was very pleasant and average hotel prices. Pleasant staff.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and remain impressed. The location is excellent, close to the airport. Staff are excellent. Restaurant provides great meals. Also close walk to the shops (DFO, Woolworths, Dan Murphys), which make getting last minute requirements for travelling very convenient. No complaints would stay again.

Nice hotel, check in and check out staff not very friendly at all, didn't feel welcome at all...room really modern and well equiped..would have liked a bathtub though..great location! Massive bed..good shuttle to airport for $5!
