We recently stayed here for 3 nights. Exceptional standard of customer service, the room was clean and tidy. Hinklers restauraunt had a good menu and the chef Mark was great! Location is brilliant and Linda and Clint only too happy to help with any queries.

Taxi fare was $35 from the airport so that was a sting to start with. The room was plenty big enough and quiet. There is a lift or stairs so that was handy for getting to first floor. This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I chose it for its distance to the airport. What was great is the location to the cruise ship terminal area (across the road) where I found places to eat. Great customer service from the front desk, you will be seeing me again.

we went to brisbane to see keith urban concert on 26 .01.13 and we stayed at this hotel and found it very very clean. brillant service . very friendly staff. i would thourely recommend this hotel and defitnley stay there again
