the front desk made a mistake with our bill, we complained, and the lady there was impatient and the way she talked was so patronizing. spoke to the manager, he was even more reluctant to help as if we were being stingy, but actually they made a mistake!!!! unbelievable!! very very poor experience.

My last review was 3 years ago, since then I've stayed at the Marriott probably 40 times. They have just refurbished the lobby, all good. And I've tried other Hotels via online deals, none of then stack up to the COMPLETE package the Marriott offers.
