“Good location below average everything else.”

Dated rooms that are not cleaned well. Hairs in my towel, dust and something gross on the wall. Pretty characterless too. Comfy beds though and a great location. There are better value options very close by.

A little hard to find in the car at first but it's bang in the heart of the city Parking underground for 30 AUD, no mention of cost when checking in and lorry taking out rubbish from ongoing renovations was blocking the sign detailing price. “Fine but nothing special”

Great location in the mall, close to the river and shopping. Decor and amenities in the rooms were a bit tired - the TV was small and was very slow to change channels. Overall fine to stay at for business but would not use it for a special occasion.

Stayed for 2 nights on the 14th April 2013. Took the Airtrain from the airport to Brisbane Central station which is only 10-15mins walk to the hotel. This Hotel is in a brilliant positon right in the middle of the Brisbane mall. However it needs an upgrade. the room was tired, the bathroom VERY small and mouldy and the basin crazed from years of wear. “Clean, great location, great price”

We got a deal of $99 per night and for that price the room was amazing. The bathroom was small but I have seen a lot smaller before. The bed was comfy. Room was a fair size. It looked like the room had new carpet and paint job. Reception were helpful. Check in was quick.
