Nice hotel, great staff .... The air conditioner didn't work, it was hot and stuffy (and its winter). Staff said they would fix it while we had dinner, it still was not working when we came back and made for a very uncomfortable night with no ventilation.

We had an older style room which is in keeping with the old building. It was lovely, very clean and surprisingly quiet as it is opposite Central Station. Excellent location opposite central Brisbane train station and shops and tourist sites. Very good hotel for staying over when travelling from Brisbane airport only a easy 25- 30 mins on airtrain. Staff helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 5 nights in May 2013 whilst visiting friends in the city. The hotel is excellently located to explore Brisbane. Central station on your doorstep.
