I don't know how this hotel could claim 4 stars -- felt like a down-at-heel three star to me. Rooms were poorly acoustically insulated, decor was drab and unstylish, service was slow, calls to reception went unanswered. Lobby area had a faint smell like nightclubs do in the morning.
