I stayed here for a few time already this year. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the CBD downhill. It is a smallish hotel. The rooms are fresh and has been updated probably in recent months, and is clean and comfortable. It is what I would call a boutique hotel.

What's wrong with this hotel is that the rooms with adjoining doors are noisy even when the next door guest is just chatting on the phone

I have tried a few business hotels in Brisbane and I think Hotel Urban offers good value for money.
The room was small and a few things weren't quite perfect.
It was ideal for me for an overnight stay but for a longer stay it might be a bit taxing.
All in all good.

Fantastic location, close to Queen St Mall located on Wickham Terrace.
The Bar/ restaurant in the hotel is quite nice for an afternoon sprits or glass of wine / beer.
The staff are very helpful. I did not eat at the restaurant, however colleagues of mine that did rated it very highly.
