Pros: good location, eat streets nearby, close to Fortitude Valley, reasonably priced Cons: Noisy location (depending on room), in "loft style" room had a problem that aircon was downstairs, but bedroom upstairs and no cold air made it to the bedroom on a hot night (basic laws of physics, I believe) This establishment needs a good scrub and maintenance attack. Stayed here for 4 nights for work. The hotel is situated on a particularly busy road. The rooms are extremely noisy with cars, trucks, hoons, police and ambulance coming clearly through the room from the street below. The rooms, although clearn, are extremely tired and ugly. Stayed for a week in November 2011. Split level apartment with a nice view, good amenities but no onsite restaurant or room service which I prefer. There are food options nearby though. It is walking distance to Brisbane and not too far from the CBD. Quiet, staff unobtrusive. I would stay there again. More
