We stayed 4 nights at Cairns Colonial Club. We paid very little for our package so it was very good value for money.
We had a large room with a sofa, chairs and table, microwave, kitchen utensils... the room was a bit old though and the toilet flush extremely noisy.
The breakfast buffet was very nice, the swimming pools too....

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate the feedback and I am sorry that you felt the Resort was not up to the original standard. A number of the items mentioned were a result of adverse weather during the wet season and have been rectified.

The first room we were sent to was unacceptable at any rate. Their room titles are rather confusing, I reserved a Queen, which to me means a queen size bed; this had a double, and was horrible anyway. After a long walk back to the desk, we were given an "upgrade". It was so much better! Some of the rooms...
