Hostel Location: Really good. A couple of minutes from the waterfront, 5mins to the restaurants, 10mins from The Lagoon and 15mins from Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Nice pool and good sized common area. Kitchens get a bit hectic when everyone trying to cook. Rooms not very clean, air con not working in all rooms. Nice and clean Accommodation with private fridge. there are two galley very big and clean till 22PM and free pool table and swimming pool. very young and friendly stuff....nice place to stay to relax. i will come back

Stayed at Caravella's for a weekend in a double room. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis which is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's located at the end of Cairns Esplanade but it's a nice walk to the lagoon and city centre.
