We only had 4 days in Port Douglas this trip so we stayed here. Would I stay again, probably not. The bathroom window consists of timber louvres which opened to the pool area, so any noise from the pool echoed up to your room. Mantra Heritage saved our trip to Port Douglas after the place we'd originally booked was unacceptable. They got us moved in early and helped with every other related problem.
