Stopped for one night on our way north. Friendly staff at check in and a nice clean room. Free wi-fi which is better than a lot of bigger places. Small shadded pool gives welcome relief from the heat. A bit of noise from the passing traffic but bearable.

For us, we were just passing through, and this was a perfectly good place to stay overnight; the manager was exceptionally helpful and personable, and everything was VERY clean & tidy. Ok, It’s a motel. But as far as motels go, was a pleasant stay with super nice and accommodating staff. Nice pool area. A pleasant respite after a long drive. Clean and tidy. great shower. Free internet as well.

Rockhampton is not a good place for tourists to stay, as we were warned by locals it was not safe to be out after dark. There is nowhere to go, apart from the botanical gardens. The town has a really eerie feel to it, as nobody is around, and I could not wait to leave.

Had a great 2 night sleep. Was a little dark and stuffy but clean and comfortable. The smell of cleaning chemicals were really overpowering. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not alot of noise which made getting to sleep easy. Would stay again as it was good for the price.

I have just recently stayed here and what a great stay it was! The warm welcome at Reception right through to checking out two days later, nothing was a hassle for this wonderful team. I stayed for a week and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was made up daily The place was old but clean/tidy, although it did have that overpowering chemical smell. Stayed overnight when passing through Rockhampton. Rooms are old and tired and not really suited to families staying for any length of time in Rocky. On the plus side though I will point out that the bedding/linens and the room itself were all very clean and there wasn't a lot of noise around - all allowing for a decent nights... More

As per previous reviews this is a great location if this is a stopover stay on your way Nth or Sth. I have stayed here previously so am familiar with it and to be honest booked it simply because it was $50 cheaper than my usual stay and considering we were arriving in the evening, going to dinner and leaving...
