Not a 4 star. Room was dirty, staff including management don't care. Bins unemptied from previous guests, old soap in shower, dead cockroaches and dirt by bedhead, dirt on bathroom floor, Would not recommend for conferences again or to travellers. More

I enjoyed a Deluxe Queen room on the 5th floor at the front of the building for an overnight business trip. I was told the rooms at the front of the hotel were all renovated 2 years ago and they look very stylish with modern bathrooms. Don't be deceived by the dated exterior.
