We really enjoyed our 8 days there. Spacious apartment, fully equipped with all you need (washing machine, dryer, DVD, kitchen...) nice service, right in front of the beach and in walking distance to good restaurants, shopping... I really recommend the Capricorn if you are after an easy holiday with children.

Whilst an older complex, the location, cleanliness and friendliness of management more than make up for it. Privacy on each floor a real bonus (we were on level 15 in a 2 bedroom apartment) and enjoyed wonderful privacy on our balcony which enjoyed unobstructed views of the beach and pacific ocean. The views from Capricorn One are by far one of the best views on the Coast. Located alongside the beach and channels, you've got water views for Africa.. the apartments are huge, there are only 2 apartments on each floor so you've pretty much got the whole floor to yourselves, all apartments have 2bedrooms and 2bathrooms and are fully self... Upon arriving we were given a very warm welcome which extended throughout our stay, the apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Brenda and Steve. We will be returning to stay here on our next holiday.

Brenda and Steve were good hosts! We reached the apartment, very mufh earlier than the check in time. After learning that we've had a long flight and drive, our rooms were made available almost immediately! Thanks Steve. We will definite book capricorn one when we're here in goldcoast again!

The owners WHERE FANTASTIC, they help organize our transport to and from the theme parks. An to the airport at 5 am we where overwhelmed with the experience of this wonderful Family orientated place. They have an amazing indoor pool/spa gorgeous. :) an a outdoor BBQ area and pool wonderful. Very pleased

Very pleasant holiday - quiet, with nice views, airconditioners in 2 bedrooms, secure parking, wonderful and very helpful managers!!! Beach is very close, Surfer's Paradise CBD just several minutes to walk. Very convenient location to reach theme parks, just do not buy entry tickets in advance! The wet wheather can be really wet all day and night long!

My family of 5 booked online and we arrived on sun... no staff on duty... keys were left in the safe deposit box on the reception counter. Very swift and easy.
