Good Chifley hotel, I also stay at Lennons and I think this one is nicer, rooms were very nice, new and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was also very good. Verygood stay would recommend.

Extremely busy hotel, but probably because it is a really nice comfortable hotel. I stayed for 4 nights for work, the breakfast was great and the room service and bar meals were very nice, had 2 of each, same menu in room as in bar. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Service is POOR! I ordered a room service dinner and 90mins later (plus phone calls to the restaurant and kitchen at the hour mark and 80minute mark) and it still has not arrived. I found this hotel on standyrates.com.au . The hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and the price was great. The hotel is close to the centre of town and we used it as our base for exploring Townsville and it's surrounds. I recommend to all. Max Jones.
