Great boutique hotel, close to rundle street. Breakfast was very very sad, cheap bread, cornflakes, muesli or weetbix were your only options. I'd skip breakfast and head to the cafe down the road (turn right when walking out of the hotel) Price was excellent.
Nice small hotel, just a ten-minute walk away from the centre. The large bedroom was comfortable and very clean. Each floor has its kitchen, but we didn’t make use of it. A computer and a printer are available in the lounge with free internet access and the reception is open 24h/day. If we should point out something wrong, the breakfast...

Stayed at the Adabco for three days on a business trip to Adelaide, very impressed with the standard of the room, and the friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again when back in Adelaide.
stayed 1 night. location was great and thanks for the free Sun. night parking outside the hotel; as there is no undrcover parking option for this hotel. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic; poor choices, but free. Window cannot be open in the room we stayed in. will recommend this hotel mainly for the location.
We often stay here when we have an early flight from Adelaide. Reception is open 24 hours a day so if we get in quite late - which is common - there is no problem. The rooms are comfortable although obviously aimed at the single business traveller having only 1 easy chair. There is a bank of vending machines so...

Easy to find, friendly and informative staff. This hotel is in a good location for getting to the centre. The rooms are large, clean and tastefully decorated. A free continental breakfast is available (fruit, toast with various spreads, cereal, fruit juices and tea/coffee). There is a kitchen and a laundry available for guests use. There is no guest car park,...

My business partner & I had two nights here recently while in Adelaide for a conference. We arrived late on Friday night and really didn't spend too much time in the hotel apart from sleeping & eating breakfast. Even though we arrived late in the evening we were given a cheerful & helpful greeting at the door. The rooms were...

The reviews of this hotel are honest and encouraging. I stayed at the Adabco Boutique Hotel for three nights. The first thing that impressed me was the large room, complete with a very comfortable lounge and reproductions of 19th century French art works, however, I missed a bath tube. The light breakfast was an added bonus. Hutt St, which is...

Basic rooms are clean and reasonably new. Modern furniture and a great bed. All simple with no fuss. However, no views - windows lookout over other buildings. Empty mini-bar fridge for your own purchases. WHY ARE MOST OTHER HOTELS IN ADELAIDE SO OVER PRICED?
Perfect light breakfast of toast, cerials and tea/coffee/juice included in the price (ground floor lounge). Located...
