Good location and half the price of other hotels but other than that it was all downhill. We had 4 rooms. No airconditioning in some rooms. What you see in the photos where you book are not accurate photos. The photos they are using are the photos they wish their hotel to look like. I read other people's reviews and chose to stay here, and unfortunately paid all up front before I saw the room. This place was not designed to be guest accomodation, and in my tiny room, they had turned a cupboard into a shower. You had to literally close the door behind you and this became one of the shower "walls".... More

It should not be reffered to as a hotel. Reception is basically a desk next to a take-away stand in a room next to an 'entrance'. Stayed at the Wright Lodge on 3 occasions during January and February during stopovers while travelling on the Ghan and India Pacific trains. Free internet. Very clean rooms with tv and tea/coffee provided. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and would highly recommend.
