I was very happy with the cleanliness and quietness of Breakfree Directors Studios. The location only 10 minutes from the Central Market and tram stop was great. There were more restuarants than I could try in the three days I was there. The facilities were of a high quality.

This is just an average hotel..ALthough it is within walking distance of the city, we were not impressed with the overall surroundings of the hotel. THe lobby is very small and you have to go outside and down an alley to get to your room. The rooms were "adequate" . The staff was courteous and helpful.

I stayed in a hotel room, I loved the fact that I got an eco rate, which meant that the room did not get serviced during my time there. I am sensitive to chemicals so the less used the better.

Used this hotel for a short stay in Adelaide. Totally comfortable room with laundry facilities nearby room. Within walking distance of loads of good eating places and market which is amazing. Recommend Cafe at top of Gouger Street for breakfast and also for Gypsy cocktail. Argentinian restaurant has steaks to die for.Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in February 2011 and found it well within walking Distance of Rundle Mall and the Gouger St Food market ,and bus and tram stops,As for the restaurants
Gouger Street has them all ,you can eat Asian ,Italian ,Greek, or Thai Differently every night and well cooked ,

Nice, but no more. Clean room, not that big. We were in a separate building from the main one. No elevator, rooms on first floor. On our visit the toilet would flush, but that was solved in the evening after mentioning. Rooms are renovated and clean. Airco could use a new filter, a lot of dust in the unit visible.
