“Nothing fancy, but good for the price.”

“A hidden gem”

This property calls itself a "Motel". It is very basic, but it is situated right at the start of Rundle Mall and the centre of the city. The tram stop for the free city sightsee tram is a two minute walk. As are all trams. It was a 5 minute walk to catch the J1 bus back to the airport.... More

“Terrible value for money”

We stayed one night, this hotel is poorly decorated and overpriced and in need of renovation. We booked online and so where unaware of what poor value for the money it would be. We where charged for an item which we had discussed with the hotel and they had agreed to not charge us. We will not be back, ever.

Please note this guest did not stay at the hotel, is part of a campaign by a previous "reviewer" to damage this hotel's reputation. Trip Advisor have refused to remove these reviews, and as well as the earlier review, even after the hotel has given Trip Advisor clear evidence that they did not stay and that they were unhappy about... “worst hotel”

there was no spoon / no fork / no microwave / no plate no WiFi in room for a week they took 508$ for internet about 720$ for resistance shamefully more than 500$ for internet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not believable!!!!

“WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.”

I still have nightmares about this hotel. Incredibly dirty, I found a worm in my pillow, Definitely unpolite, they were like always angry with you with no reason. the building is a [--]. The only good stuff is the location. I will never go back.

This guest did not stay at our hotel, nor did they even arrive at our hotel. They cancelled their reservation prior to arriving and were charged a cancellation penalty as they had booked a heavily discounted rate with no cancellations allowed. Stayed three nights. Hotel in great location near Rundle St mall. Lots of places to eat and drink on Hindley Street. Most of the tours will pick up from the hotel too which is convenient.
