Overall enjoyed our stay here. Great location on Bourke street. Rooms were clean and well presented. Nice new appliances. Only downside was our shower door didn't close properly, so water went all over the floor and the bed was two singles pushed together which was very uncomfortable. Would stay here again but only at a discounted rate.

A very tidy clean apartment hotel.Very handy to transport and shops.We arrived early and our room was not ready but staff were very helpful and looked after our bags.We will certainly stay at Citadines next time we are in Melbourne. It ticks all the boxes.
