We recently stayed one night and could not fault the unit and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent being only a block from Queen Victoria Market and a short walk into the Burke St Mall. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

City tempo is perfectly placed and formed. Smallish space but well thought through and immaculately kitted out.Service excellent and helpful when we couldn't get the Internet to work. Location central enough but quiet.
