Stayed here as a couple in a city view room on 15th floor. We found this to be a fantastic location, so convenient near Spencer Street station for the train & sky bus (5min walk) and close to free city circle tram stop as well as range of other trams. Drove in to the entrance of the hotel car park .... to be stopped by a boon gate. Went to reception to ask them to open it (3 times we repeated this process to enter the car park ....because by the time you get back in the car the gate is back down again). Not what you need at 10.30pm... More

Close to etihad, and southern cross station with shopping close by. Good facilities friendly staff who moved out room when the heating didn't work. Would be perfect if it was a fully serviced apartment. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

Have stayed twice now - very happy both times. Rooms are good size. Booked through Wotif so got a great rate as well. Good view of Docklands. Tram stop right outside which was great for me to get to the Epworth Hospital. Staff very helpful. Will certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.
