Staff are very friendly & helpful. Rooms are very clean & comfy. The hotel is banged on in the heart of Chinatown so there are restaurants everywhere & shops everywhere. Although we stayed for 3 nights, we only paid for 2 as the 3rd night was free. Will definitely come back & stay at this hotel.

It was nice to be in the heart of the city!! We attedend a wedding at the Park Hyatt and this was very convenient to stay. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Breakfast was yummy too!!!!!!!

Great location with theaters, restaurants, bars and shopping all within easy walking distance. Room was clean, bed comfortable and everything worked OK - including the A/C !! Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight in a crowded, understaffed and cramped basement room . However what was served up was OK. Staff very helpful and friendly.
