Can't watch tv bad reception. Not enough hot water only lasts 6 minutes. Lift stinks of cigar smoke. Call's from other guests saying help let me in @ 3:20 am. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment at the The Riverside Apartments for 4 nights. The apartment was spacious and clean and good value for money. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The apartments are in an excellent position.

The apartment was spacious and contained all the things needed however I just felt it was a bit tired and not so clean. The floorboards in the kitchen had lifted and there were stains on the bathroom vanity overall was a pleasant enough place to stay and a good location

We stayed here on a Saturday night and couldn't hear anything which was a relief as there is a nightclub entrance right outside the entrance to the apartments. This place certainly isn't 5 star but it was cheap, clean and the staff were excellent. We arrived early and they let us into the room to get ready for a wedding.... More

The apartment we had is a 2 bedroom apartment of a good size facing the Yarra River and Crown Casino! Melbourne Aquarium is just across the road and Crown Casino is not more than a 10 mins leisure walk. First, do not drive to the stated address of the hotel (474 Flanders Street). We took our car into the carpark at that address, and found that it was not the hotel lot.
