Stayed at this hotel in early June and was not disappointed .From booking in staff where very friendly and very helpfull.Room was clean and comfortable and had everything you need.Buffet Breakfast was good and had a good variety of food.

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was well appointed and spacious. No views but that means quiet nights. Great location just a few minute walk to Central Station and with lots of dining options within a short walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall a great accommodation option and excellent value for money.

Great location, excellent customer service. The IBIS was so handy to the trams, Queen Victoria markets and restaurants. Te room was well presented. The Restaurant staff provided excellent service. The menu was very good and the meals were great.
