“Taking time out”

This hotel is well located within the main shopping precinct and also close to a wide range of restaurants. If you are in Melbourne for the theatres then most are within easy walking distance. This hotel provided a good location for a weekend break with no need to have a car.

The food was excellent as were the dining room staff and also reception staff, however we has major issues with the housekeeping of the rooms, necessitating frequent phone calls to rectify ommissons which became tedious.

Great service to greet you at the front door, very helpful with any needs when in Melbourne. The rooms where nice and the location is great. So close to cafes, restaurants and public tranport. Great place to stay for a weekend away!

Great city location - no traffic noise but the air conditioning was very noisy and difficult to get cooler temp at night. Try for room on 14th floor - overlooking plaza.Eat out for breakfast - very expensive in house

“A beautiful stay”

My first stay at Novotel on Collins and very impressed. Good location, nice quiet room, great bed, perfect nights sleep, staff were friendly and helpful and gave me a late check out. Spa was closed so I wasn't able to try that out, look forward to returning
