We booked on a whim and found the hotel staff very helpful. The room was lovely and the kids thought the spa was great....even in 7 degrees! We have decided to join the Rewards program and will give it a go to see if the experience remains as good.

staff very helpful and the rooms are a good size so you don't feel boxed in. good location and close to markets and short walk to city.
