Apart from the small rooms and the uncleanliness,we had a terrible time sleeping because of the internal noise all night.Most people can torrerate this some of the time but all night.Large shower,but alas no hot water.Handy to the railway station and stadium but a DUMP.

This wonderful old hotel in the heart of Melbourne , has all u need for a short stay in Melbourne , easy access opposite the Southern Cross Station , close to transport and the hub.... friendly staff

Good location and comfortable budget hotel but do not stay here if you expect to have a hot shower. Could not shower for two days as the water was not even warm!

The hotel is dirty. The photos in the website and the room that you get is totally different. Old and dirty. The only good thing is located in the city area. its better to get another hotel in the city instead of this hotel.

We chose the Enterprize Hotel primarily for its proximity to Southern cross station where the airport bus terminates. The hotel staff were very friendly on check in and every time we asked for assistance of any kind. The hotel itself is quite pleasant and our room was well appointed and cosy enough. we'd be happy to stay here again :)

Its cheap, but not cheerful. If you are happy with a overnighter thats close to trains and buses for the next day its ok. Generally not that clean or appealing, hard to justify going back, but ok for the price.
