can't say enough good things about this place. yes it is quite pricey, but it is just pure class. its no wonder all the famous people choose to stay here. despite having a low level room which had a terrible view we didnt really care. the rooms were lovely. tv in the bathroom!!! comfy beds...probably better than the sofitel ones.... Hotel reams of class and quality - excellent room size, bathroom was impressive. Very modern and a good alternative to the Langham which I frequent regularly. Crown Towers better than metropole. South Bank I think has peaked a little, time will tell.
