I had for nights in this confortable hotel very close to the CBD.I felt welcome,the staff was really friendly and helpful. You can find despensers in the bathroom as shampoo,conditioner,soap and creams.All clean!

The only negative I have for this super affordable hotel is how far out of central Melbourne it is. We started our Aussie trip in Miami Hotel. The staff was very friendly and good advisor, the bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Not far from the center of Melbourne! Great place to visit this great city!!

The staff is very great, the room was perfect for me, the bathroom was great too, the bed was comfortable, the cleaner clean the room everyday... If i'm coming back in the future to Melbourne, i'll go there because i know the quality of this hotel. :)

Close to trams the Skybus drops off and will do pick ups which the reception will book for you. We chose based on Trip Advisor ratings and were very happy. The rooms were neat and tidy, the staff helpful and the location very conveniently close to shops, restaurants and a tram stop. They even gave us free coffee vouchers and free Internet vouchers.
