Few mins walk from Spencer Street Station where the Skybus drops you off. Our travel agent had organised early check-in for us as we arrived at 6am. Room was very compact but comfortable. The hotel is very central and within walking distance of shops, malls, restaurants and bars. Also Subway sandwich shop round the corner which is open 24 hours.

The area is in the CBD so away from the main shopping areas, though very close to SX station. The rooms are quite compact though have everything you need and are comfortable. The staff are second to none.

“Close to Spencer St Station”

Knowing I would be arriving in the city via Skybus, I booked the Ibis which was an easy walk from Spencer St Station. The hotel was clean and good, but close to a pub so staying for business on a Friday night was not the best move.

Good location, (although unfortunately, now views) facilities. Rooms good size and clean. Bathroom good size, clean. Staff friendly. Clean, large rooms, affordable accommodation in the heart of Melbourne. Very easy to either walk, or hop on a tram, bus or train. Everything is at your door. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is no parking but parking station a block away.
