Located right across the road from Flinders St Station, means that this place is a breeze to get to. Great facilities, perfect service, and the food is surprisingly good! Rooms are suitable for business travel, and there is a business centre in the hotel.

Found the hotel to be very central to everything. Nice Breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. I recommend this hotel, and I would visit again. Parking was a little further away than expected, but small sacrifice!

Overall a nice stay. Mattresses a little uncomfortable unless you like the sinking feeling. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is great. Very close to restaurants, shopping and transport.

We stayed here with friends for a 4 day break. There was a problem with the check in procedure. It was NOT the fault of the hotel (our booking agent hadn't sent throught the required booking email). Citigate offered very good value and great location, opposite Flinders Station. We had city view room and it was worth the bit extra cost. Staff very friendly and helpful. We spent five nights and enjoyed the area and facilities on offer.
