Stayed here for 3 nights and the place is basically a converted warehouse or something. It was dirty, the bathrooms, kitchen was just disgusting! They offered free tea, coffee, pasta and rice, but that was left out all day and flys buzzing round. I stayed in a 10 dorm, mixed. The bathrooms were mixed also. Only good thing was they had... More

We came here as got a great deal as we booked from nomads in sydney. the title says it all really, to be honest the staff here (well the ones i've encountered) have been really nice and helpful and havn't had any huge complications. The shower rooms were clean and very usable and havn't seen any cockroaches or the like... More

If you ever choose to stay at a backpackers in Melbourne, avoid Nomads All Nation Backpackers on Spencer street, at all cost. It's filthy, doesn't feel safe and secure and is EXTREMELY noisy. I didn't like it one bit. Didn't get much sleep at all. The bedding was clean and all, but the trams stopping in front of the hostel... More

When we read the reviews before we arrived we expected a real horror hostel. However we were fully surprised by what we experienced. The hostel is based right in the city center & the building might look shabby from the outside but it's been done up inside! We were welcomed really great by reception & they helped us out where... I had an OK stay, nothing great nothing bad. Location was good the biulding is looking a little tired. Looks like they are trying hard to clean it up a bit. Didnt make to many friends, not a very sociable place if your not a big drinker, they have a busy bar next door

I stayed here for 5 nights with a big group of people and after reading the reviews here on TripAdvisor I was absolutely terrified about how I would manage to survive. My own experience of Nomads All Nations is different in that it is a basic enough place to stay that is not exceedingly uncomfortable. The bathrooms required a high-pressure... More

This hostel was the only one available because of the Grand Prix and we were dreading it as it has such bad reviews. When we arrived it wasn't as bad as had expected, the staff were friendly, the dorm seemed ok and the female bathroom was pretty clean. There aren't any lockers in the dorms which was not so good,... The hostel was filthy when we arrived, the floors need to be cleaned, the bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Lights need to be fixed. The whole experience brought me to tears. I have never stayed in a hostel as bad as this one, and would definitely advice everyone I know to avoid this hostel at all costs. We've been backpacking... More

We arrived outside the Nomads All Nations backpackers hostel and a guy on a bench told us it was disgusting and not to bother. We had already reserved a 12 bed dorm for 3 nights so leaving wasn’t an option unless we wanted to lose some precious backpacking money. We went to the reception and found the staff extremely helpful,... More

Do NOT stay here!! Building is old and in disrepair. Hallways are dimly lit and creepy. Lockers cost $4 a day and there are only 20 for the whole building. Some nice people, but also some seedy folks walking around too. Building wasnt very secure especially at night. The kitchen smells like the bathrooms at many other hostels, and you... More
