The room was very dirty, in particular the bathroom which was full of fluff and dust. All the appliances are old, the fridge was all cracked and broken inside (still working but in need of replacement). We enjoyed our stay at Eastern Townhouses. Close to city , Budget price and great Location. Rooms were very clean & tidy. Good hot Water and Excellent heating. Would recommend to family and friends Close to Fitzroy precinct. Tram stop 100 metres away.
