Would recommend to anyone wanting excellent location near Ethiad Stadium, Trams stops and Great Shopping

On arrival to the hotel we found that there was a 2 block walk from check in reception to the apartment block and no assistance was offered. Rooms are good but service is very slow, they never answer the phone, stayed on the phone for 10 mins trying to get through just to ask where they were located and nobody answered. Stood in the reception for 10 minutes waiting while one person was trying to deal with 8 people waiting and the phone constantly ringing.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment for the weekend. Very hard to find reception . Upon booking in room was not ready we were early so came back at 2.00pm to find room still not ready.
