Good place to start my travels. Friendly staff. Bar and food downstairs. Night club upstairs. This can make it difficult to sleep due to the noise, especially on weekends. A small tv room but no real communal place to chillout and meet people. Brilliant location. Wifi expensive. Free breakfast :)

Rooms were spacious enough with free lockers although you'll need your own padlock. Reception staff very friendly, the bar downstairs was nice. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Stayed here for one night and while it was clean and staff welcoming the noise meant that none of us slept at all. Stayed here for 4 nights and have no complaints. The hostel's in a great location with everything in St Kilda easy to get to. Loved the bar, food and free breakfast. Comfortable place to stay for a good price.

Great place. Clean tidy. A little noisy at night at wknd. Breakfast is yummy. Bar deals are fab. $5 pizzas are delicious. id pay more than $5 for them. i stayed in dorm and private and you get great value. bathrooms are lovely and modern. Only thing I'd change is give free wifi to guests.

We only stayed for a few nights but everything was perfect. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.
