I stayed here twice whilst visiting perth. The location is fantastic just nicely out of the main town but a two minute walk. Very close to the bars and restaurants so can be noisy depending on the room you have.

As the title says, keep this as your last resort. I've stayed in Holiday Inn Portsmouth (UK), as well and I think all of their hotels are exactly the same. I got into the hotel after 22:00 and I was in the lobby by 07:30 so it was only a short stay. The bedding was clean and comfortable and the 2 staff members at reception were both friendly and professional. The other 3 members of my project all reported the same to me when queried.

Stopping over in Perth was made all the better by our stay here. Great location, restaurants and cafes on the doorstep. Service was great, will stay again when in Perth
