Compared to other hyatts that I have stayed in, this one was more expensive. The rooms are of a nice size and well appointed so you are very comfortable once you do get over the price tag. The amenities are great, it's nice to have an outdoor heated pool, tennis court, spa and sauna as well as a fitness centre.... More

This was our second weekend break at the Hyatt. We really like this hotel. The staff are very good, businesslike but friendly and genuinely seem to be happy doing what they do, something rarely found in Australia. Our reservation person was Nick who very quickly got us to uprade our room for a small fee (he is very good at... More

This hotel is expensive compared to other Hyatt hotels, so I was expecting a great room. Well the room is just OK.....sort of what you get in a Marriott in the USA. Except this isn't a motel! The room is very tired and dated. It could do with a good refurbishment. On the plus side, this hotel isn't too far... More

Was here for a weekend conference. Very happy with the staff who were polite and well presented. The food was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very fresh and again great service staff. I would stay here again and I am sorry I hadn't stayed sooner!

Finally found the best hotel (so far) in Perth! I travel to Perth on business every 2-3 months and I've been on constant search of a good (enough) and reasonably priced hotel. The corporate rates we have for Hyatt are better than other 3 stars hotel in Perth and 5-star??? hotels like Duxton (see my other review). Plus points- no... More

Unlike some of the other reviewers I really like staying at the Hyatt in Perth. My most recent stay was a 4 night trip in June. The rooms, whilst not the most modern, are more than adequate with all the facilities and amenities you need. I used the leisure facilities for the first time this trip and found the gym... More

This is a very nice place, with great staff, likeable artwork and a sense of grandeur that would make a Bond villian's lair look suburban. Costs a bit, but I've paid more for a lot less. Not too far from everything and there are decent eateries around the place too. Perth is generally like a more relaxed, smaller, neater version... More

We stayed 3 nights in a room overlooking the Swan River. It had a very comfortable bed, WiFi, and breakfast was included. The staff was helpful and responded quickly to our requests. Our visit happened to coincide with Western Australia founding day holiday weekend and the hotel was packed. Breakfast was really crowded and the line was long to order... More

A night of total relaxation away from the kids was needed and The Hyatt Regency Perth provided exactly that. The main lobby is absolutely stunning and it's atmosphere instantly puts you in another world. Our room had a beautiful view of the river and was presented stunningly. Our dinner was just as lovely and our waiter, Jasper, was also extremely... More
