Hyatt Hotel is still after all these years one of the best in Perth we found our room beautifully furnished very spacious- met all our needs The large Atrium over looks the foyer area which is a hive of activity- its location is adjacent to various function rooms and can get pleasantly noisy - we where perfectly happy watching the... Nice welcome on arrival, clean and well appointed room, refurbished (albeit basic) bathroom, generous room service breakfast. All the things you look for, but just failed to make my stay memorable in any way. If you're looking for a solid vanilla business travel experience this is it.

I stayed in this hotel for six nights in May. There is nothing really wrong with this hotel, but nothing great either. Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. I know Perth is expensive, but the price of this room was very high. They also charge for internet, an extra 1.5% on your bill if you use... More

Not many places in Perth are more suitable for a Mother/Daughter lunch out with sister, daughter and nieces, than The Cafe at The Hyatt. With so many stations to pick from, small appetites, vegetarians, big eaters and dessert lovers are all well catered for. The seafood was fresh and plentiful with beautiful plump oysters and good sized prawns. The Lamb... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night in May 2012. The hotel is easy to find and the access by road is really uncomplicated. Efficient and friendly valet parking available or you can use the underground car park yourself which is accessed from the river side of the hotel (not Adelaide Tc). Check-in was easy and pleasant. First impressions on... More

What is it with classy Perth hotels? How can they justify prices that are at least AUD100 more than any other Australian city? Why do we allow them to get away with it? I enjoy staying at the best hotels when travelling on business and/or vacation and I have experienced some of the best hotels in the world - this... More

Dear WellTravelledAussie2 Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at Hyatt Regency Perth, which is very much appreciated. I would certainly like to apologise for the lingering smell of smoke that was present in your room and for the inconvenience caused; this is clearly unacceptable and has been addressed with our Housekeeping management team... The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, but the common areas in the hotel are superbly designed. Perfect for business travelers. Great for socializing, restaurants in the lobby and lower level along with a bar attached that's packed on the weekend. The wifi pricing is outrageous at $29. Everything else though is four star...would consider staying here again...

I booked this for our 33rd wedding anniversary. We have enjoyed Grand Hyatt Melbourne,in the Club, and had a fabulous, memorable time, so it would be fair to say that Hyatt Regency Perth had a lot to live up to. Well, Hyatt Regency Perth certainly did it!!! Booked the Club rooms, level eight. We really relaxed in a setting surrounded... More
