Like the rest of Perth accommodation, cost is inflated compared to east coast equivalents, therefore value for money is poor. Room and staff are all good. Bed too soft for me.
The hotel is well located being close to downtown Perth. Nice reception and friendly desk staff.

You can't really go wrong with a Novotel. This one was well located, had reasonably priced undercover parking (although the carpark is not really made for larger vehicles).
The bar/restaurant was never too busy, room service was really quick and there is an Irish pub as part of the hotel, and you could order food from there to your room....
