I am a frequent and long term guest at the Rydges Perth. It is a great location, close to my client base, good food, a very comfortable executive floor, friendly and courteous staff and one of the best street side bars in Perth. The hotel is my base in WA.

Stayed here for just 1 night, good standard 4 star property in Perth cbd. Clean modern rooms with everything you need. You can even get a 1pm check out here. Restaurant and bar staff a little lazy, some to concerned about how good they look than serving customers. Food really nice, beer well overpriced! Book on quickbeds for the best...

We recently spent 4 days here.
We chose a room on the "Club Floor" and this was excellent. Free drinks and cheese every evening. Friendly service by the staff and a good place to meet other guests.
The room itself was average size but had a larger than average bathroom.

The staff at the front desk and also the concierges are very junior and one loses a lot of time as they constantly need to see supervision. We had arranged over the concierge a rental car, but the application form got lost and in the end we had to take a taxi to the rental facility to get the car....

For a downtown hotel, it's a very good hotel. It is located in the city of Perth and the Rydges Perth hotel is a good base for exploring the city comfortably.

We had a lovely and enjoyable stay at The Rydges from 4 May to 6 May 2012. The suite was unbelievable. My daughter had a fun time in the room occupying herself with the phones, playing peek a boo at the lounge behind a dividing wall and controlling the faucet at the spa.

Allowed very early check-in (9am). Very friendly staff, fast check-in/check-out. Clean room/bathroom. Perfect and convenient location in the heart of Perth CBD. Shower hot water supply a bit inconsistent, other than was pretty good. Will consider staying at Rydges Perth again, next time Carlton has to play over there interstate.
