Our requirements for our 10 day stay in Perth was two bedroomed accommodation with two bathrooms, cooking facilities an out door area and prefereably in a quiet area close to the CBD. Bailey's Motel met that criteria admirably. We were quite comfortable in our two units with interconnecting doors so that our teenage daughters had their own space (and so... More

Our stay in Bailey's of 4 nights was good. Nice and clean room with complimentary tea/coffee making facilities. Towels and toiletries were changed daily and replenished. Our bedroom located on the ground floor overlooks the lovely Wellington Park. The room has a toaster, microwave and a mini fridge. This is a non-smoking hotel and has a swimming pool (we did... More

Good value hotel. Exceptionally clean rooms, but small. Stayed here twice now and the first time great but the second time they got my booking date wrong. I was treated like it was my fault and given the Managers room which was TINY. However....this hotel can be recommended in it's cleanliness and location. The fact u get to park ur... More

Baileys Parkside Is a traditional, ageing two-storey motel located on a relatively quiet urban road opposite a large park, and about 10 mins walk from Perth CBD. Unfortunately there was an active building site over a side road and facing the motel - and our room - which generated intrusive noise from about 7am each morning. The motel has free... More

Booked using groupon voucher for $79, I did not expect much, this place was fine. The room was clean, sheets and towels were clean, free parking, mini fridge, tea kettle and toaster, hot water for shower, it was a fine motel to stay at for 1 night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed this Motel. From Appearances its straight from the 70's, it is really neat and tidy, the staff where good, the room had all we needed. Comfortable beds and pillows. The location was great, free CAT buses only a few meters away, East Perth eateries around the conrner (easy walk), would use again. You are in the centre of... More

We have stayed there a number of times. Always greeted with a huge friendly welcome by all staff. Memorable food, always freshly prepared.have eaten at a number of restaurants in the area and cannot understand why this one is mostly overlooked. Accommodation is clean. Location fantastic and central to airport, subiaco, casino etc.

We stayed for one night as a family of 4, for $149 for the night. The room was clean enough, (they are never perfect in motel rooms we find!) the shower was good and it has the added bonus of car parking at your door should you have a vehicle with you. There is also a little outdoor area to... More

This is my favorite motel in Perth. It’s conveniently located close to the CBD, but does not have the hustle and bustle of an inner city. Motel has private, off-street parking, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with crockery, cutlery, tea towels, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, mini fridge, small dining table, etc. Hard to find a motel/hotel... Stayed one niight at Baileys, found the staff very helpful and polite. My wife and myself have trouble climbing stairs so I asked reception if we could have a ground floor unit which he promptly gave us. The resturant attch to the motel had good Itakin food and the staff where very good and polite.
