I stayed at the mantra on Murray for a overnight stop over for work . I must say the hotel is in a great location . Check in was quick , and the rooms are nice . It served the purpose . Bed was comfortable and room was clean . Would stay here again.

Seemed like decent enough property, snd given the ridiculously high occupancy rate in Perth due to the mining boom, it is next to impossible to get a hotel in Perth for under $500 unless you book well in advance, so a serviced apartment it was (still cost around $350 per night). The room wasn't all bad, but I had an... More

We got to the hotel checked in at 9.45pm and by the time we got to our room, the room service menu had timed out. So we then ordered off the 24 hour room service menu...we had an early start the next morning so wanted to eat straight away..at 10.55 our meal arrived! Extremely slack... The room was clean, but... cheap rooms but the breakfast is terrible - limited range and bad overpriced food and don't try to get a drink at the bar...I waited 15mins while the waitress ignored me and did everyone but serve anyone. The tap in the kitchenette did not work and noisy A/C but positives were.....I'll get back to you

Checking in at 5pm after paying $189 for a studio room. Location very central and located conveniently in central Perth. Moon and Sixpence across the road was noisy however calmed down at a reasonable hour. Have access to a small communal laundry on the floor if needed. Beds soft and cosy. Average though for price charged for a weeknight stay.

440AUD for a completely ordinary Hotel, large rooms, good bed, but small bath, very poor shower, internet extra, uses a cable and expensive. This hotel would be a third of the price in Europe with better service and facilities. Car park is a public car park and also expensive. No gym, no pool, kitchen but not washing machine or laundry... Firstly the city location of this property is fantastic but the property itself is a let down. I may be wrong but first impression was this is a re fitted office building. The lobby did not feel welcoming and carpets outside and inside lifts were very worn. The room was spacious but appeared very cheaply furnished with basic wooden furniture,... More

We only spent the 1 night at the Mantra on Murray, but my husband and i loved our stay. The hotels location is great so in 1 night we were able to see our beautiful city! We ordered a very reasonable priced room service breakfast, and check in staff were fantastic, a very very enjoyable stay. We look forward to... More

We stayed for one night and booked last minute direct with the hotel. We got a 'queen studio' room for $169.00 which was great value. The hotel is on Murray Street right at the end of the Murray St Mall. Parking at the front of the hotel is a pain as there are only a couple of lay bys to... More
