After trying to book accommodation almost everywhere in West Perth (the side of the City towards the beaches) I finally found this Motel / Hotel. It is two stories, no lift, very basic with small standard rooms but the fittings, fixtures and appointments like microwave, fridge, TV etc are all very new. The room is air conditioned (also quite new)... More

Although this is expensive for a motel and it doesn't have a restuarant, the rooms have more than you'd get in a hotel (everything you could want) and it's quite close to the city. The rooms are clean and tidy.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for work in the area. I found the room to be very clean, a reasonable rate, and great service from the owners. The room had sound proofed windows, new curtains and I was told that there were more updates that were going to happen. The bed was very comfortable, and having a... More

We had rear upstairs queen room. Refurbishment is in progress, with some to go. Our room was in need of repainting and new curtains, etc but much better than our previous visit. New AC had been installed. Linen was clean and fresh. Shower was over a spa bath. We'd have preferred a walk-in shower, and did not use the spa.... More

My family and I went to Perth last July to attend my cousin's wedding and we stayed at the Kings Park Motel for about a week. I am very picky when it comes to accommodation, but my stay at the motel was very satisfying. Super clean room (and bathroom) and super friendly staff. Microwave, refrigerator, television, heater and hairdryer (this... More

We had an incredibly warm reception from Lynne when we arrived and she made us feel very welcome. Throughout our stay the staff we encountered were friendly and polite and Lynne (the manageress), who we saw most often, could not have been more helpful and provided us with a wealth of information on the local amenities and transport services. The... More

My wife and I stayed at the Kings Park motel for 5 nights in an upstairs room with kitchen facilities. Location was perfect for us, directly between the UWA and the CBD, and for driving to and from the airport. However, we did seem to be isolated from shops and restaurants. In the office, Louise was fantastic. She gives awesome... More

What a dump! My husband and I travelled up from the country to go to Sir Charles Gardner Hospital for medical treatment. We paid $160.00 for a twin share room on the top floor. When we booked the room a month prior we asked for a ground floor room due to illness. The room was old 'circa' 1970s to 80s... More

Older style place in need of a lift but good value, good location, and wonderful friendly service. Manager is a character. Some road noise but minimal. Given the circumstance it is understandable that the other reviewer was upset at was at best a throw away remark in questionable taste but certainly we found it a "choice place" - we've used... More

Hi My sister and I flew urgently over to Perth because our cousin was going to die. We arrived at the motel and greeted by the Manager stating "we had the 'morgue room' said it was on the main road and had double glazing." He was really quite strange and we did not appreciate his bad humour. We paid $160.00... More
